We welcome you to the official website of the National Association of Hair and Beauty Practitioners of Nigeria (NAHBPON).

The National Association of Hair and Beauty Practitioners of Nigeria (NAHBPON) is an informal body registered under the Trade Unions Act CAP. T14 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 to Sanitize, Regulate, Promote the activities in the Hair and Beauty Industry, Defend it’s members and Represent the interests of all Stakeholders in matters of industrial relations since November 2020.

The NAHBPON offers a myriad of services and products to stakeholders and the general public including seminars and workshops on key industry issues and new trends in information technologies, training and employment matters.

Our Vision is to be the driving force behind a thriving, regulated, and ethically-responsible Hair and Beauty Industry in Nigeria, empowering practitioners, fostering innovation, and enhancing consumer trust.

NAHBPON is dedicated to the advancement and regulation of the Hair and Beauty Industry in Nigeria. Our mission is to sanitize, regulate, and promote industry activities, defend the rights of our members, and represent the interests of all stakeholders in matters of industrial relations.

Through proactive initiatives, we strive to elevate industry standards, facilitate knowledge exchange, and ensure the continuous growth and professional development of our members. By prioritizing transparency and consumer protection, NAHBPON aims to build a sustainable and reputable Hair and Beauty Industry that contributes positively to the socio-economic fabric of Nigeria.

Members Benefits

The National Association of Hair and Beauty Practitioners of Nigeria (NAHBPON) membership benefits have been developed with all our members (particularly those at the Grassroots) in mind. Note that the benefits will by no means be exhaustive as we continually work to provide the optimum best for our members which includes; Barber, Braider, Esthetician (Make-up Artist), Hairdresser, Massage Therapist, Pedicure and Manicurist (Nail Technician) and ultimately Salon Owners.
